The Spirit of the American Cowboy Foundation’s innovative Cowboys4Kids Program is designed not only to help in the Foundation’s efforts to raise money for children’s cancer care and research, but also to aid a host of participating children’s charities in the process.

How the Program Works

• Supporters of the program purchase a block of tickets to the New England Wild West Fest™ or the Cape Cod Stampede.
• The Foundation will send the tickets to one or more of the charities that are participating in the program, facilitating an in kind contribution to the recipient charity in the name of the donor.
• The Foundation will handle all due diligence and appropriate follow up work to ensure that the donor’s contribution is eligible for tax deductibility and that they receive a valid tax deduction letter from the recipient charity stating the value of their contribution.

The program is designed to be WIN-WIN-WIN for all involved. The Foundation receives ticket revenues to help in our mission to help in the fight against childhood cancer. The participating charities receive a contribution which they can use as they see fit – to bring kids associated with their cause to the Wild West Fest, to give to their own donors as a ‘thank you’, or to use in a raffle or auction of their own to raise money for their own purposes. And, the donors themselves receive the tax benefits of giving to charity, knowing that they are helping both the Foundation as well as the children’s charities who participate in the Cowboys4Kids Program.

Terms of the Cowboys4Kids Program

By clicking on the ‘Buy Now’ icon, you are agreeing to buy tickets to the New England Wild West Fest™  or the Cape Cod Stampede in support of our Cowboys4Kids Program. You are NOT making a charitable contribution to the Spirit of the American Cowboy Foundation. The Foundation will, in accordance with the purpose of the Cowboys4Kids Program, donate the tickets you purchase to one or more of the charities participating in the Program, thus facilitating an ‘in-kind’ charitable contribution from you to the recipient charity.

In order to best serve all the charitable organizations who participate in the Cowboy4Kids Program, we can not guarantee a specific charity to receive your tickets. Should the Foundation not be able to identify a suitable charity to receive and benefit from the tickets you’ve purchased, the full value of the purchase price will be refunded to you.
